Open the installer
Click the file in your browser's downloads, or find it in your Downloads folder.

Let Windows run it
If a blue "Windows protected your PC" box appears, choose More info, then Run anyway.

Press play
Open any video with Timeline, or press Alt + F11 to start recording.
